Company brief · updated 2026-10-18
thoughtworks.com · software industry · We are laser-focused on transforming your digital journey so you can make extraordinary impact today, tomorrow and beyond.
Today: Site: "AI/works™ packs decades of engineering IP into a platform that changes the economics of building and modernizing industrial-grade systems."
Roles: Lead AI Engineer · Senior AI Engineer · Lead AIOps Architect
Requirements mention: GenAI · agentic frameworks · RAG pipelines · LLMOps · fine-tuning · guardrails · agentic workflows · AIOps solutions, PoCs, and accelerators across observability, intelligent alerting, AI-assisted triage, RCA, knowledge retrieval, and runbook automation
Inference: Singapore Data and DAMO teams opened three senior AI roles on the same day (2026-09-24), which points to building production GenAI and AIOps delivery for APAC clients. The postings alone do not show how this maps to AI/works™.
Today: Site: "We work with leading cloud, data and compute APIs, including AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, Databricks and Snowflake."
Roles: Lead Infrastructure Engineer Consultant · Infrastructure Engineer Consultant · Lead Application Security Engineer
Requirements mention: Infrastructure as Code · secrets management · software supply chain security · infrastructure platform vulnerabilities · threat modeling · DevSecOps practices · zero-trust architecture
Inference: three Singapore DEC Region roles add infrastructure and security depth alongside application delivery, and one posting says it helps shape Thoughtworks' cloud and infrastructure practice. This may suggest a build-out of that practice in the region.
Today: Site: "We rebuild the core systems and data architectures your business depends on."
Roles: Solutions Architect (Enterprise Modernization) · Client Director - UK and Europe Airline Industry - Digital and Data Services
Requirements mention: large legacy systems · reference architectures · service accelerators · delivery frameworks · Enterprise Platform Modernization · Data Modernization
Inference: the Solutions Architect posting describes developing service accelerators and reference architectures for legacy modernization, which suggests a reusable modernization offer in Europe. The Client Director posting is titled for airlines but its description refers to retail clients.
Today: Digital Application and Maintenance Operations and managed services, as listed in the Client Director and Business Development Manager postings
Roles: Consultant Systems Support Engineer · Senior Application Suport Engineer · Lead AIOps Architect
Requirements mention: supports the day-to-day operations of application systems · incident management processes and tools · DataDog, Prometheus or Grafana · debugging and triaging skills · AI-assisted triage · runbook automation
Inference: two roles in the Romania DAMO Service Development Team and an AIOps lead in the Singapore DAMO service line suggest Thoughtworks is staffing ongoing application run-and-support work and adding AI-assisted operations to it. The postings do not show whether the two locations are linked.
Today: Sells custom software application development, digital transformation and managed services (Business Development Manager posting)
Roles: Business Development Manager · Client Partner · Principal Business Development Executive - Strategic Sales (Multi-Market) · Client Director - UK and Europe Airline Industry - Digital and Data Services
Requirements mention: consultative selling · deal shaping · managed services · RFPs · 3x qualified pipeline · Thoughtworks is expanding its Go-To-Market team in PH&LS (Public Sector, Healthcare & Life Sciences) in Singapore
Inference: five sales roles are open: two Business Development Manager postings (Amsterdam, Singapore), Client Partner (Singapore), Principal Business Development Executive (US) and Client Director (UK). This points to new-business hiring across several regions, with Singapore Public Sector and Healthcare explicitly described as expanding.
Today: Site: "We rebuild the core systems and data architectures your business depends on."
Roles: Principal Data Strategist (m/f/d) · Data & AI Strategist
Requirements mention: data governance · data-as-a-product · federated governance · AI and ML use cases · Data & AI · value cases
Inference: the Principal Data Strategist posting says it builds Thoughtworks' data strategy and governance practice and go-to-market assets, which suggests a strategy offer being formalised in Germany and the UK.
