GLP-1 clinical pathways and Med+ acquisition funnel moderate signal

Today: Fast, reliable access to FDA-approved GLP-1 medications

Roles: Staff Fullstack Engineer, Clinic · Product Manager, Growth · Growth Marketing Manager

Requirements mention: telehealth workflows · Med+ funnel · testing roadmap · paid search

Inference: the Clinic engineering posting (intake, eligibility, prescribing, care plans, follow-ups) and the Med+ funnel posting (landing pages, quiz, plans, payment) suggest the company is building the medication sign-up and care flow as its own software, not only marketing it. This rests on two postings. Growth Marketing adds paid acquisition support.

Staffing in-person Studio workshops strong signal

Today: Get support from expert coaches to help you lose weight and keep it off

Roles: Studio Coach - Ankeny, IA · Studio Coach - Colorado Springs, CO · Studio Coach - Kalamazoo, MI · Studio Coach - Memphis, TN · Studio Coach- Elgin, IL

Requirements mention: Studio locations · Able to travel to our workshop locations · Behavior change coaching · Member recruitment · Product sales

Inference: 73 of 84 open roles are hourly Studio Coach postings, 62 in the US and 11 in Canada. They were opened from late 2024 through October 2026, which points to ongoing staffing of existing Studio workshops. No posting names a new Studio.

Member app work moderate signal

Today: plus tools that help make it easy

Roles: Staff iOS Engineer · Principal Product Manager, Member Experience

Requirements mention: HealthKit · feature flagging · personalization · recommendation systems

Inference: one Staff iOS role is posted in both the US and Canada. The US posting names GLP-1 Med+ initiatives, and both name AI-driven health insights. Together with the Member Experience posting's personalization focus, this suggests app work is centered on personalized insights and the medication program. No release is confirmed.

Data infrastructure and AI tooling moderate signal

Today: Internal analytics on Snowflake and Looker, not a member-facing product

Roles: Senior Data Engineer · Senior Security Engineer, Cloud and Infrastructure Security · Growth Marketing Manager

Requirements mention: Snowflake Cortex/MCP · agentic AI self-service · AI/ML systems · AI-native building

Inference: AI appears in the requirements of the data, security and marketing postings, which suggests AI tools are being added to internal work, starting with data self-service. There is no sign of a standalone AI product.

Marketing claims and patient data compliance weak signal

Today: Medications require eligibility and prescription

Roles: VP, Assistant GC - Marketing · Senior Security Engineer, Cloud and Infrastructure Security

Requirements mention: FTC advertising law · claims substantiation · incident response
